- Now mince the chicken keema into a fine paste. And divided it into 2 portions. Take two bowls and put each portion. In one add all the Italian spices and in the other add the Indian spices.
- Now take the half portion/one bowl. Then add finely chopped parsley or dried parsley, dried oregano, rosemary, thyme, red Chilli flakes and grated cheese. Mix them all.
- In the next half/another bowl add the Indian spices. Jeera, dhaniya powder, chat masala, amchur powder, paprika powder and mix then well. You can also add coriander leaves if you wish
- Now give shape to it with your hands
- Now fold them in aluminum foil. Tie the end with thread.
- Now take a pan add water in it. Add the sausage and let it cook for 20-25 mins. By covering it. Now switch off the gas and give 5 min standing time. Now take it out and put in ice-cold water for 5-10 mins
