- 100 g red lentils
- cumin
- 2 medium red onions
- 1 egg plant
- 4 tbsp low fat greek yoghurt
- 2 tbsp tikka curry paste

- 300 g low fat greek yoghurt
- 5 g baking soda
- 1 egg
- 400 g wholemeal or plain flour
- 2 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- parsley/rosemary/oregano

- Combine yoghurt and bicarbonate of soda. Let rest for 15min. Then add the egg, flour and oil. Combine all together and knead the dough. Let the dough rest under a cloth for 15min
