  2. 1 medium carrot, (3/4 cup)
  3. 1 small daikon, (2 cups)

  5. 2 stalks green onion
  6. 1 clove garlic
  7. 3 slices ginger
  8. 2 tbsp soy sauce
  9. 2 tsp rice wine
  10. 2 tsp sesame oil
  11. 1/2 tsp sugar
  12. 1/4 tsp salt

  9. In a serving bowl, add the daikon, shiitake mushrooms, carrot, bean curd, green onion, 1 tbsp of soy sauce, 2 tsp of sesame oil, 1/4 tsp of salt, and 2 tbsp of mushroom juice then mix them well. Next, add the marinated chicken on the top and make sure to also pour all the remaining marinade into the bowl
