  24. 1 Whole Chicken (slit all over)
  25. 1 kg Mutton leg or Rib (slit all over)
  26. 1 and half tsp Salt
  27. 1 tsp Chilli powder
  28. 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  29. 1/4 tsp White pepper powder
  30. 1/2 tsp Blackpepper powder
  31. 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  32. 1 cup Papaya (puree)
  33. 2 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
  34. 1 tbsp Vinegar
  35. 1 tbsp Tenderiser

  1. Marinate chicken and mutton overnight with a paste made of all the rest of ingredients
  2. Braise tomatoes in oil, add cloves, cinnamon, cardamon and black pepper, till paste like

  9. When rice done make dhuwan/smoke of charcoal and ghee on a bowl made of foil, cover the lid properly and let the smoke be intact
