- Mix salt, ajwain and oil in maida and make a bread crumbs like add water in batches and knead a stiff dough

- Heat oil in a pan and add jeera as it sputter add green chilli, coriander powder, red chilli powder and mashed potato
- Mix it well and add salt, garam masala and dry mango powder
- Mix it nicely and at last add chopped coriander and let it cool
- Take a lemon size ball from dough and roll it in a thin roti cut it into half
- Apply water on edges and fold it like cone
- Stuff potato in it and seal it by pressing it
